Terms of Service

By downloading or using Sweep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Sweep is a mobile application that allows you to analyze your Instagram following list using data you export from Instagram. The app processes your data locally on your device and does not connect to Instagram’s servers or API.

You may use Sweep solely for your own personal, non-commercial use to analyze your own Instagram account data. You agree not to:

• Use the app to analyze data belonging to another person without their explicit consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Instagram's Terms of Use.
• Attempt to circumvent any paywall or license restriction within the app.

Sweep is designed to work with data exported from Instagram. Your use of Instagram is governed by Instagram’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Quint Studios LLC is not responsible for Instagram’s services, data availability, or changes to Instagram’s export format.

The app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Quint Studios LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal device.

Sweep is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results produced by the app will be accurate or complete. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quint Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
